Dawn Mountz has been on the Board of Directors for Redemption House for 9 years. When the Executive Director moved to Grants Manager position, she made the leap over to Operations and, as of May 2026, she is the RHM Executive Director. Her time on the board was exciting, challenging & full of opportunities to work with interesting people. It was rewarding to see Redemption House Ministries become an integral part of Crook County. As the Executive Director, she enjoys the daily contact with her tremendous staff. She is constantly amazed by their commitment and big hearts. Various situations lead her from a career in Sales/Marketing to Social Services. The need is great and she recognized we’re all just in this together! An interesting fact about herself is that her great grandfather immigrated with his family to the US from Czechoslovakia. He married a Czech girl and they went on to have 13 boys and 4 girls!
