Delacy Davis serves as the Grant Administrator for Redemption House Ministries. Her journey with RHM began through her own experience of transformation as a resident and volunteer at the Women and Children’s Shelter.

After later serving as a night-shift shelter worker, Delacy gained firsthand understanding of the challenges women and children face and the compassion, safety, and support RHM provides. Inspired by seeing lives restored through practical help and Christ-centered care, Delacy continued serving the ministry as Executive Assistant and now as Grant Administrator.

She is grateful to work alongside RHM’s staff, executives, and board in supporting a mission that gives a hand up, not a handout, to men, women, and children in the community. Delacy’s faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of who she is and how she serves, and she believes He has called her to be part of the mission and ministry of Redemption House Ministries.
