Julie started working for Redemption House Ministries in May of 2023, as the cafe manager. She started out in the women’s shelter with her two children. They were given the opportunity to be safe and cared for while they found what God had in store for them. She was first asked to volunteer in the cafe, and, after excelling in her role, was offered a job. It was easy to accept a job that she loved so much. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to share the love of God and shine His light in this dark world by feeding and clothing those in need. She cares for each and every person who walks through the cafe doors. In her spare time, Julie loves to sing and play the drum box. She implores everyone to be an example to those around you by being compassionate, having integrity, and realizing that you can make a positive impact in this life.
